These Terms govern your access to and use of the software utilities, websites and services (the “Services”) provided by FinSync Advisors (“we”, “us”), having its place of business at Bawana Chowk, Near Post Office, Bawana, Delhi – 110039, GSTIN 07CCHPJ6154M1Z7. By purchasing, downloading, activating or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Licence
On successful payment we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased utility for the subscription period (by default one year), on the number of computers (PCs) covered by your plan (by default one PC). Each licence key is activated online and is tied to the specific PC on which it is first used.
2. Permitted use and restrictions
The Services are licensed, not sold. You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sub-license, rent, lend or redistribute the utility or your licence key;
- share a single-PC licence across multiple computers or users;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or bypass the activation or any protection mechanism;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law.
We may suspend or revoke a licence that is shared, abused, charged back, or used in breach of these Terms.
3. Activation and internet requirement
Our utilities verify your licence online. A working internet connection is required to activate and, for certain products, to continue using the utility. If verification fails or the licence is expired or revoked, the utility’s features may be disabled.
4. Pricing, payments and taxes
Prices are shown on our website and are payable in advance through our payment partners. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; GST will be charged as applicable and a tax invoice issued. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time.
5. Your responsibility for filings
Our utilities help you prepare files and figures (for example, EPFO ECR files and challan amounts) faster and with fewer errors. However, you remain fully responsible for reviewing all output and for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any return, payment or filing you make with any authority. The Services are a productivity aid and are not a substitute for professional judgement or statutory advice.
6. No affiliation with government bodies
Our software products are independent tools and are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), the Income Tax Department, GSTN, or any government body. Names such as “EPFO”, “ECR” and “Tally” are used only to describe compatibility and file formats, and remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, penalties or interest arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant licence in the preceding subscription period.
9. Termination
These Terms remain in force while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and you must stop using and delete the utility.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights under consumer law, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use our website and services.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you buy or request support.
- Licence & activation data — your licence key and a device identifier (such as computer name and disk serial) used only to enforce the per-PC licence.
- Payment information is processed by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
- Basic usage/log data (such as activation timestamps) to operate and secure the Services.
2. Your business and employee data
Our offline Excel utilities run on your own computer. The PF, payroll or employee data you enter stays in your workbook on your device; we do not receive or store it. For any future web-based tool that requires uploading data, we will process it only to produce your requested output and will not sell it or retain it longer than necessary, as described at the point of use.
3. How we use information
To activate and verify licences, provide our services and support, process payments and tax invoices, send important service notices, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment gateway, hosting, email), under appropriate confidentiality, and where required by law.
5. Cookies
Our website may use minimal cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Security, retention & your rights
We use reasonable measures to protect data and retain it only as long as needed or as required by law. To access, correct or delete your personal data, write to supportfinsyncadvisor@gmail.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our software products are digital goods delivered electronically.
- Because a licence key is delivered and activated immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the key has been issued or activated.
- If you face a technical issue that prevents activation or use, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first try to resolve it; if we cannot make the utility work for your supported setup, we will offer a refund of that purchase.
- Refunds (where approved) are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Applicable taxes are handled per law.
- Renewals can be cancelled before the next billing date; an active period already paid for is not refunded on cancellation.
